September, 2008
Catherine has her first gig with her newly formed group "Tarheel Jazz'd." Catherine is a vocalist along with Allysha Lilly. Musicians are Leah Everett, Daryl Perry and George Noel.

Completed work on the feature film "Half Empty." Catherine played the part of Gladys Meriweather, a quirky, ornery old lady. Fun stuff.

Catherines had a principal role in a commercial for Ric Marshall who was running for NC House of Representatives.

Completed spots for the TV Show "Blank Surfaces." Catherine is the NC host for this show. For more info visit www.acrossthecanvas.com

Catherine works on the film "Teen Aged" shooting in Raleigh, North Carolina.

August:
"Goodbye Solo" will have it's World Premiere at the Venice Film Festival in late August, and then makes it's North American debut at the Toronto International Film Festival in early September.

Catherine has been cast as the "Lady Tennant" in the SAG feature film "Port City". Production is to begin this summer.

WATCH FOR:
"Praise Band" by Elevating Entertainment, will air on SkyAngel and Dish Network. Watch for the humorous scene where Catherine is trying out for the church choir...but her voice is pretty terrible.

Catherine has been cast to play the "Drunk Woman" in the upcoming feature film "Wesley" by Foundery Pictures. Set for International release, the film is about John Wesley, founder of the Methodist Church.

Catherine filmed "Goodbye Solo" in October appearing as a hospital receptionist. She had the opportunity to work with Ramin Bahrani who was written up in the September issue of The Hollywood Reporter.
